Under construction at Korutla. Site photographs will be added as the building goes up — ask us to arrange a visit in the meantime.
Two commodities, two climates, one building
Seed wants dry air. Chilli and maize want cold air at higher humidity. Putting both in one building means two separate sets of conditions, two dehumidifier trains for the ground floor, and a chamber layout that keeps the two from fighting each other.
Built to be financed
This project is bank-appraised. The design basis, the capacity calculation and a detailed BOQ — every geometry-based quantity traced to a stated dimension — were submitted to the lender's valuer before work began, and the billing follows the disbursement schedule.
It is the clearest example we have of how we prefer to work: the paperwork that a bank needs is the same paperwork that makes the building correct.
